This dog keeps coming to the Vera on Minnesota Street in Lynhurst and almost getting hit by cars. I have fed him twice now but can’t get close enough to contain and I think I know where he lives but I can’t get them to answer the door so I’m posting in case anyone has any information or can get a hold of the owner.
