Showed up near 16th and Franklin around 1pm today. Very sweet dog. Has a collar on, but no tags. 30th Street Animal Hospital scanned him and said his name is Felix. They’ve left more than 1 voicemail on the number attached to his chip. If not reunited with family by 11/15/25 2pm, he will be surrendered to Indy Animal Services.
