I drove through Indianapolis, heading North on 465. I think it was near Exit 12 that I saw a dead dog on the Northbound side of road near bottom of an on-off ramp. Lying on its right side. It was not in a safe place for me to stop and take pictures for ID or to move the body unfortunately.
